It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joey Matthews of Cartersville, Georgia, who passed away on December 23, 2020, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sister Rebecca Matthews. He is survived by: his daughter Sierra Matthews; his parents, Bobbie Lewis and Earl Matthews; and his sisters, Amanda Matthews, Jenny Gilbert and Katie Matthews. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many beloved friends.
