He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle Holder and Shirley Holder; his son Justin Holder; his siblings, Gary Holder and Tammy Holder; and his niece Nikki Collum.
He is survived by: his wife Wendy Holder; his daughter Lindy Parker (Breanna); his grandchildren, Scarlet Lancaster, Rachel Holder and Avett Parker; and his siblings, Robby Holder, Cathy Taylor and Shannon Jones. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
