He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Applin and Viola Epps; and his siblings, Daryl Applin and Brenda Applin. He is survived by: his wife Emma Jean Epps; his son Anthony L. Epps (Brigette); and his siblings, James Epps (Melody) and Sharon Allmon (Robert). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, loved ones and friends.
