He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen "Clark" Collum and Ruth Romine Collum; his wife Sandra Cline Collum; his grandson Jeffery Chance Collum; and his siblings, Frank Collum, Jerry Collum, Edward Collum and Magdalene Cline.
He is survived by: his children, Jody Collum (Stephanie), Chad Collum (Jessi) and Wendy Turner (Josh); his grandchildren, Sarah Collum, Ashley Collum, Gracey Collum, Piper Collum, Taylor Collum, Savannah Gossett, Dawson Flowers, Liley Turner and Klyde Turner; his great grandchildren, Legend Greene, Phoenix Greene, Knight Greene, Waylon Gossett and Josie Kay Gossett; and his siblings, Jearlene Herron, George Collum, Willene Perry, Bo Collum, Lillie Huskins and Joyce Ann Hufstetler.
