He is survived by: his children, Jeff Self (Mitch) and Tracy Cowart (Steve); his grandchildren, Ben Self, Brianne Hobbs, Amanda Puckett, Tyler Cowart, Johnny Self and Baylee Self; and his siblings, Larman Self, Sharon Robinson and Carol Holmes. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
