He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cummins and Florence Cummins; his siblings, John, Betty, Jeanne, Janet and Mona; and his former wives, Dorothy (Ferko) and Christine.
He is survived by: his wife Judy; and his sister Rita (Vogel). He is also survived by his nine children, 18 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
