She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernst Rütze and Erna Saubert; her husbands, Captain Robert W. McMullen and Wilson Jerry Kown; her daughter Kelly S. Kown; her granddaughter Kimberly Sanders; her great grandchild Christa N. Williams; and her siblings, LieseLotte Warncke, Rose Marie Rütze and Gerd Rütze.
She is survived by: her children, Christa Evans (James), Steven D. Kown and Dagmar Spinner (Reiner); her granddaughters, Tamara Heath and Martina Schleicher (Joseph); and her nephew Jurgen Warncke (Brunhild). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; fifteen great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
