He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Hansard and Eunia Haney Hansard; his wife Kay Lewis; his brother James Lewis; his brothers-in-law, Roger Williams and Mike Slater; and his nephew Christopher Williams.
He is survived by: his sons, Keith Lewis, Kevin Lewis (Rebekah) and Joshua Lewis (Ashley); his siblings, Milton Hansard, Mary Williams, Dale Davis and Joy Slater; his sister-in-law Carolyn Lewis; and his close friend Glenna Adams. He is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
