He is survived by: his wife Colette Cantrell of Cartersville; his daughter Kristi Cantrell of Dallas; his stepdaughters, Danielle Rogers (Bryan) of Rockmart and Michelle Phillips (Chad) of Mobile, AL; his son Kevin Cantrell (Tara) of Temple; his mother Gertie Cantrell of Smyrna; his brother David Cantrell (Lori) of Douglasville; his brother-in-law John Henderson (Stephanie) of Smyrna; his grandchildren, Kendal Cantrell, Briley Phillips, Kinleigh Rogers and Casen Phillips; his niece Jordan Cantrell; and his nephew Joshua Cantrell.
