He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie William Neighbors and Betty Jean Beach Neighbors; his son Brian Keith Neighbors; and his brothers, Ronnie Neighbors and David Neighbors.
He is survived by: his wife Clora "Jane" Widgeon; his son Jason Todd Neighbors (Ariana); his granddaughters, Jordan Neighbors, Caylah and Lorelei Neighbors; his great grandchild Jazmyn Hill; and his sisters, Pat Baker (Bo), Carol Pack of Chattanooga, TN, Pam Pulliam (Nevin) and Vicki O'Neal (Jeff). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
