We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2021, at the age of 72, Gail Thomason Cole of Cartersville, Georgia, born in Dallas, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Lafayette Thomason and Helen Thomason (Ray); her brother Wayne; her sister-in-law Glenda Thomason; her brother Jerry; her sister-in-law Anne Thomason; and her sister Linda Hammond.
She is survived by: her husband Douglas A. Cole of Cartersville; her children, Jennifer Cole Elliott (Rick Elliott) of Cartersville and Matthew D. Cole (Sheree Cole) of Hiram; her brothers, Ronnie Thomason (Darlene Thomason) of Cartersville, David Thomason and Kenny Thomason of Dallas; and her grandchildren, Haley, Trenton, Ty Cole of Hiram and Grace Adams of Cartersville. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extend their love and appreciation to everyone who may be unable to attend the service in person due to Covid-19 concerns. If attending the visitation or service, the staff of Clark Funeral Home highly recommends that face masks be worn and that social distancing be practiced to help prevent the spreading of any possible illnesses and to help keep visitors, friends and family members of Mrs. Cole safe.
