We are sad to announce that on February 8, 2022, at the age of 82, Flora Mae Bryant of Cartersville, Georgia, born in Rydal, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Henry Upshaw and Bertha Goodwin Upshaw; her son Michael Heard; her great grandchild Tysseah Braziel; and her sisters, Alice Bell Summerize, Sarah Christine Brown, Dorothy Elizabeth Williams and Cora Mae Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Harris Bryant; her son William Harris Bryant, Jr. (Flora); her aunt Lil BIt; her granddaughters, Terika Cummings, Kwanesha Owens, Chaniqua Brianna Johnson, Elizabeth Alberta Brazil and Nakea Bryant; her great grandchildren, Rudi, Derriah, D'Kambriya, Elkins, Corey Childress and Kalyria Brown; her siblings, Helen Juanita Duster, Henry Leroy Upshaw (Helen) and James Dean Upshaw (Lois); her niece Vera Bryant; and her adoptive daughter Lavera Smith. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Due to COVID-19 regulations and guidelines, physical distancing practices will be in place, and MASK ARE REQUIRED for those that will be attending the service.
