He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank H. Lowry, Sr. and Clara Lowry; and his siblings, Frank Honea Lowry, Gwen Broadway, Frances Clark and Debra Huskins.
He is survived by: his sisters, Sarah Jo Sanchez, Jane Jefferson and Phyllis Fuqua (Daniel). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
