She was predeceased by: her mother Clara Barton Anderson; and her siblings, Joseph Wood and Billie Joyce Wood Ezzell. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Lively (Susan) of Cartersville, GA and Myra Henson (Tommy) of Acworth, GA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully asks that memorial donations be made to Aragon Baptist Church or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in loving memory of Mrs. Lively.
