She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend Ellis Cowart and Ruth Hubbard Cowart. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Self; her children, Jeff Self (Mitch) and Tracy Cowart (Steve); her grandchildren, Ben Self, Brianne Hobbs, Amanda Puckett, Tyler Cowart, Johnny Self and Bailee Self; and her brothers, Donald Cowart (Evelyn) and Jerry Cowart (Betty). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
