He is survived by: his daughter Heather Bagley Stephens (Jerry); his granddaughter Madelynn Hope Stephens; his sisters, Trina Hughes (Doug) and Debra Bagley (Jeff Perry); his nieces, Deonna Duvall (Jason Fitch), Amy Smith and Ashley Smith; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Emma Mader, Tyler Bales, Liam Lewzader, Kiana Bales and Sierra Bales; and the mother of his child Lisa Brunson Bagley. He is also survived by several cousins and dear friends.
