He is survived by: his wife Lawanda Louise Howard; his children, Carla Brock (Clarence), Keith Howard (Angela), Timothy Howard (Brandi) and Kristen Howard; his siblings, Earlene Hutchins (Bobby), Beth Staton, Bobby Howard (Margie), David Howard (Jeanie), Mary Hopper and Larry Howard (Karen); his grandchildren, Keisha Hall (Mark), Kayla Simpson (Damon), Matthew Brock (Sarah Beth), Grant Howard and Reese Howard; and his great grandchildren, Taylor Hall and Mason Hall. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
