She was predeceased by: her parents, James Marcus Baynes and Nellie Ellen Smith Baynes; her grandson George Wofford Brown Baynes III (Trey); and her significant other George Wofford Brown, Sr.. She is survived by: her daughter Diane Brown Baynes (Diana); her son-in-law George Glenn Padgett; her son George Wofford Brown, Jr.; her brother William Robert Baynes (Joy King Baynes); and her pet Barbie Blue.
Family and friends attending services will be required to wear face mask and observe social distancing.
The family has requested that NO flowers or plants be sent, but donations be made to Hospice Savannah in Dorothy's memory instead.
