She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Buchanan and Kate Cannon Buchanan; her husband Forrest Ford; and her siblings, Hugh T. Buchanan, Lloyd Buchanan, Ruth Wilson and Irene Blair.
She is survived by: her brother Rev. Fred Buchanan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
