It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Bennett (Cartersville, Georgia), born in Blue Ridge, Georgia, who passed away on November 14, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Hardin and Ethel Morris Hardin; her husband Wiley L. Bennett; and her siblings, Doyle Hardin, Dennis Hardin, Deward Hardin and Dimple Hardin.
She is survived by: her sons, Phil Bennett (Kim), David Bennett (Jane), Michael Bennett (Shelly), Christopher Bennett (Rachel) and Steven Bennett; and her siblings, Dewey Hardin (Laverne), Daniel Hardin (Lynn), Dolly Turner (Emmett) and Dovie Andrews (David). She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; twenty-eight great-grandchildren.
