She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike W. Jones and Myrtle Martin Jones; her husband Lloyd Buchanan; and her siblings, Roy Jones, Marzelle McCollum and Vicky Mulkey.

She is survived by: her son Mark Buchanan; and her sister Maxie Roberts. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Atco Baptist Church, 20 Parmenter Street, Cartersville, Georgia 30120 in memory of Charlotte.
