He was predeceased by: his mother Joann Duvall; and his siblings, Carl Duvall and Regina Duvall. He is survived by: his father Paul Duvall; his children, Charles Wayne Duvall Jr., Amanda Haygood (Tommy Haygood) and Brittany Payne (Christopher Payne); his grandchildren, Karrissia Duvall, Aubrey Haygood, Daxton Haygood, Noah Haygood, Emberlynn Haygood, Bentley Payne and Gracelynn Payne; his siblings, Marie Duvall and Calvin Duvall; and his nieces and nephews, Cody Mullinax, Jon Manis, Marissa Goss, Kimberly Carter, Cameron Duvall, Zachary Duvall, Alexis Thibodeau and Madison Thibodeau.
