He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elliott Spencer and Maime Goode Spencer; his wife Deborah Ann Miller; his children, Dru Elliott (Wanda) and Valerie Ann Spencer; his grandsons, Samuel Elliott, Alexander Ellis Spencer and Andrew Dean; and his siblings, Eloise Ellis (Elmer), Carolyn Holmes, William Spencer, Elliott Spencer (Vera), Jerome Spencer, Author Spencer (Angela), Rosa Spencer, Cleon Spencer and Dorothy Spencer (Aaron). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, cousins and friends.
