She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Smith; her parents, Thomas Churchill and Betty Churchill; and her grandson Jordan Smith. She is survived by: her children, Donnie Path (C. J.), Angela Smith, Tommy Smith (Beth) and James Smith (Tiffany); and her siblings, Johnny Churchill, Barbara Wright (Pat) and Suzie Badolato (Dave). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
