It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty Henderson of Cartersville, Georgia, who passed away on July 10, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Cooley and Ida Belle Dorsey Cooley; her siblings, Horace Jr. Cooley, Hubert Cooley, Catherine Cooley Hardy, James Cooley, Glen Cooley and Elmer Jo Cooley; her daughter Cynthia Ann Carter; her grandsons, Jason Alec Wheeler and Charles Edward Alexander, Jr.; and her son-in-law James Alvin Wheeler.

She is survived by: her children, Marsha Alexander (Charles), Janice Wheeler, Cathy Taylor (Tony Sr.), Oatha Henderson, Jr. (Terri), Pearlie Carson (Johnny, Sr.), Will Henry Henderson and Sylvia Chester (Rodney); and her siblings, Earlene Livsey of Columbus, GA., Ralph Cooley (Barbara) of Newington, NH., Perry Cooley (Emma) of Cartersville, GA., William Carey Cooley of Cartersville, GA. and Levon Ward of Cartersville, GA.. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren.

Due to COVID-19 regulations and guidelines, physical distancing practices will be in place, and MASK ARE REQUIRED for those that will be attending the service.
