She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Mazzanti and Cecilia Mazzanti of Lake Village, Arkansas.. She is survived by: her children, Laura and Greg; and her siblings, Bobby of Monticello, Steve of Athens and Mary Ann of White House, Tennessee.. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Barbara requested that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in lieu of sending of flowers.
