He is survived by: his wife Frances Fowler; his sons, Doyle Fowler (Debbie) and Bill Fowler (Denise); and his grandchildren, Brooke Floyd (Dylan), Megan Fowler, Brittney Fowler, Jordan Kinnard (Daniel) and Brannon Fowler. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Martin & Hightower Funeral Home (1312 S Park St, Carrollton, GA 30117). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
