He is survived by: his wife Terri; his daughter Whitney Alkhatib; his stepson Matt Willingham; his grandchildren, Kyndal Willingham, Braxton Dunaway, Owais and Musa Alkhatib; his siblings-in-law, Tony, Tina Harmon, David, Penny Whitley, Sherry and Rob Johnson; his father-in-law Sonny Harmon; and his friends, Mike Weeks, Tom Smith, John Jones, Kent Peterson and Jack Echols.
