He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Crook and Myrtis Crook; his wife Elaine Emory; and his siblings, Wayne Crook, Thomas Crook, Jerry Crook, Jimmy Crook and Charlene Butler.
He is survived by: his children, Terri Mctyre (Mark) of Carrollton, Robin Smith (Jack) of Bremen, Jason Crook (Melissa) of Bremen and Josh Crook of Carrollton; and his brothers, Larry Crook (Sandra) of Douglasville and Jackie Crook (Jerry) of Cherry Log. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
