She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Winston Briant and Gwendolyn Chauveaux Briant; and her husband William Shaffer. She is survived by: her daughter Chelsea Church (Kyle); her grandson William Church (Liam); her daughter Rachel Shaffer; her siblings, Kathy Vinson (Wayne) and Clifford "Sonny" Briant (Cindy); her nieces and nephews, Matthew Arrowwood (Dawn), Angelyn Pate, Dalton Briant and Destiny Briant; and her close friend Lyn Easterwood. She is also survived by numerous great nieces, great nephews, cousins, friends.
She embodied Christian charity- always giving and asking for nothing in return.
