He was predeceased by: his parents, Fletcher Ashley and Dorothy Rooks. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Ashley; his son Tony Everett Ashley; his stepson Michael Popp; his brother Brad; his sister-in-law Lisa Ashley; and his sister Tracey Thompson. He is also survived by five nieces; one nephew; and many great nieces and nephews.
