He is survived by: his mother Lisa Ann McCormick Cheatwood (Steve); his fiancée Jennifer Todd; the mother of his children Crystal Costley; his father Jeff Driver, Sr. (Donna); his children, Hannah Danyell Caldwell, Hunter Randy Scott Driver, Rosalina Lynn Driver and Hazel Lea Costley; his grandmother Ruby Elizabeth Slate; his brothers, Robert Jeff Driver, Jr. and Christopher Matthew Driver; and his stepsiblings, Angel Hope Cheatwood, Faith Marie Cheatwood, Heavenly Grace Cheatwood, Lisa Cornwell, Johnny Shaw, Donnie Shaw and Steven Chance Cheatwood. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations toward funeral expenses.
