Susan Onken Fleck Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 26, 2025, at the age of 83, Susan Onken Fleck of Carrollton, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Tueting Onken and William Henry Onken III. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Ralph Edward Fleck, Jr.; her children, Nicole Fleck Collins, Ralph Edward Fleck, III (Laurie) and Meghan Fleck Sullivan (Swede); her sisters, Kathy Onken Hocking and Barbara Onken Stough (Michael); her grandchildren, Jeffrey Haas Vaughn, Jr., Charlotte Ruth Collins, Emilie Nicole Fleck, Ralph Edward Fleck, IV, Michael Swede Sullivan, Jr. and William Ramsey Sullivan; and her caregiver Connie Ransby. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Carrollton First Methodist Church (206 Newnan St, Carrollton, GA 30117). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Sunset Hills Country Club (1 W Club Dr, Carrollton, GA 30117).
In honor of Susan's deep commitment to charitable giving, the family kindly requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Community Foundation of West Georgia Susan Fleck Memorial Fund. Contributions will benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and local non-profit organizations that serve Carroll County's greatest needs.
