He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Norton and Jewell Singleton; and his former wife Patricia Norton. He is survived by: his grandson Lane; his fiancée Sherri Hickman; his son Michael "Rudy" Norton; his daughter-in-law Jordan Norton; his siblings, Pamela Norton, Eddie Norton (Sheila) and Mike Norton (Pam); and his grandchildren, Holly Davis and Hayden Davis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the TSC Alliance Georgia Chapter or the American Legion Post 143.
