She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Griffis and Mary Lee Bradley Griffis; and her son Shane Roger Thornton. She is survived by: her boyfriend Johnny Griffis; and her daughters, Elisa Wessinger (Charles) of Carrollton and Angela Hannah (Jimmy) of Franklin. She is also survived by six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hightower Funeral Home (318 Gordon St, Bremen, GA 30110). A memorial service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
