She is survived by: her parents, Jerry Duane Spruell and Gloria Boatright Spruell; her children, Madilynn Danielle Nolan, Benjamin Seamus Nolan, Justin Tyler Pheonix Nolan, David Lynn Nolan, III (Tripp) and Patrick Owen Nolan; her husband David Lynn Nolan, Jr.; her sister Naomi Faith Spruell; her grandparents, Rosa, Byron Spruell and Joyce Sheets Boatright; her aunts, Darlene Whisenhunt, Dawn Brown, Kay Boatright and Betty Boatright; and her uncle Tim.
