She is survived by: her husband Steve Forbus; her daughter Cindy; her son-in-law Dale Alexander; her grandchildren, Heather, Bryn Speck and Heath Alexander; her grandchildren-in-law, Kayley and Tristan Provence; her grandchildren, Keelan, Taylor Biseda and Hadley Alexander; her sister Betty Allen; and her sister-in-law Sue Lumpkin. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
