He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph "Rudy" Frank Webb and Eula Mae Arrington Webb. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Webb and Laura Webb Frey (Jody Wood); his grandchildren, Jenna Frey, Riley McKibbin and Christian Webb; his brother David Webb (Sheri) of Rudy's Raiders; and his niece Taylor Armstrong (Josh). He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
