We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2024, at the age of 81, Richard Tullis Culpepper (Carrollton, Georgia), born in Blakely, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Culpepper and Earnestine Culpepper; and his brothers, Steve and Larry. He is survived by: his wife Patty Riley Culpepper; his children, Andrea Mack (Brian) and Brad Culpepper (Krissy); his grandchildren, Max Driver (Kellie), Jett Driver (Hannah), Maverick Mack, Carley Culpepper and Tucker Culpepper; his great grandchild Bo Driver; and his brother Ronnie Culpepper.
