He was predeceased by: his parents, Sanford Falkner and Ruth Bell Falkner; his wife Kay Louise Falkner; his grandson Anderson Kay; his brother Allen Falkner; and his brother-in-law Jerry Grimsley.
He is survived by: his daughter Gina; his son-in-law Johnny Batson; his son Phillip Sanford; his daughter-in-law Susan Falkner Jr.; his siblings, Patsy Grimsley, Cindy (Chris Johnson), Mike (Patty Falkner) and Kevin (Jenni Falkner); and his grandchildren, Staci Teeslink, Alicia Teeslink, Stephanie Albertson, Savannah Stamper, Victoria Falkner and Mitchell Falkner. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Happy Valley Baptist Church, 605 Main Street, Villa Rica, Georgia 30180.
