She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Wray Bowen and Bernice Cassie Butler Bowen; her husband Johnny Henry Spence; her sisters, Gean Sadie and Joyce Wiseman; and her great grandchild Lucas Spence.
She is survived by: her sons, Jimmy Charles Spence (Kelly), Mark Anthony Spence (Gina) and Randy Anson Spence (Robin); her grandchildren, Shannon Vaughn (Tim), Jade Wilde (Jason), Brandi Glaser (Davey), Amber Batchelor, Anthony Spence and Alex Spence (Olivia); and her sisters, Bernice Noles (Jerry) and Genelle Estes. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
