We are sad to announce that on December 11, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Nancy Gail Anglin of Carrollton, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia. Though Nancy Gail may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Nancy Gail touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Hobson and Sarah Elizabeth King Hobson; her husband Marvin Anglin; her son Douglas Keith Brooks; and her siblings, Buddy Hobson, Florence Wood, Joann Nasworthy and Linda Harris.
She is survived by: her son Stanley; her daughter-in-law Marica Brooks of Carrollton; her daughter Sandra; and her son-in-law David Welch of Temple. She is also survived by five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the J. Collins Funeral Home & Cremation Service (206 S Carroll Rd, Villa Rica, GA 30180). A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Kennesaw Memorial Park (1306 Whitlock Ave SW, Marietta, GA 30064).
