Mike Harper Obituary
With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Mike Harper of Carrollton, Georgia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Mike left this world on December 23, 2024 at the age of 62, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernard Harper and Flora Whitmore Harper. He is survived by: his wife Machell Jumper Harper of Carrollton; his sons, Caleb Harper of Carrollton, Justin Strickland (Amanda) of Villa Rica and Zach Strickland of Buford; his brothers, Phil Harper of Bowdon and Steve Harper (Donna) of Bowdon; and his grandchildren, Ashlyn Holman Jayden Holman, Cason Holman, Knox Stickland and Kate Strickland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Collins Funeral Home (206 S Carroll Rd, Villa Rica, GA 30180). A memorial service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family request contributions be made to AGC Georgia Foundation YLP/Mike Harper, 1940.
