He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Maxwell; his daughters, Brooke (Stephen Kubik) and Mary Beth Maxwell; his brother Tim; his sister-in-law Amanda Maxwell; his sister Lee Ann Maxwell; and his grandchildren, Maddie, Maxwell, Miles, Mary Margaret and Mamie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many cousins and friends.
