With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mattie Lean Harris of Carrollton, Georgia, born in Wadley, Alabama, who passed away on May 3, 2023 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Huey Waldrop and Martha Parish Waldrop; her husband Robert A. Harris Sr.; and her sons, Larry G. McLain, James Harris (Jimmy), Beverly Harris and Robert A. Harris Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Charles Harris (Kim), Annette Jones (Dennis) and Keith Harris (Susan); her daughter-in-law Sandy McLain; and her grandchildren, James Harris, Chad Harris, Michelle McLain, Megan McLain, Josh Harris, Adam Harris, Colton Harris, Jared Jones, Kristen Phillips Ansley Willis and Allison Carter. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
