She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward J. Seibolt and Catherine McCann Seibolt; and her sister Teresa Seibolt Sergent. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth John O'Neill; her son Brian T.; her daughter-in-law Jill Westbrook O'Neill of Alpharetta, Georgia; her daughter Megan O'Neill; her son-in-law Alan; her grandsons, Evan Westbrook O'Neill and Andrew Seibolt O'Neill; her brother Edward; her sister-in-law Christine Seibolt; and her sisters, Janet Seibolt Bateman (Vince), Margaret Seibolt Veith (Joseph) and Catherine Seibolt Fletcher (Robert).
