It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Miller Chandler of Carrollton, Georgia, who passed away on April 14, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her former husband Col. John Chapple Chandler, Jr.; her parents, Dollie Miller and Earl Miller of Sylvania, GA; her brothers, Earl Miller, Jr. of Spring, TX and Bill Miller of Ten Mile, TN; and her friend Kitty Wilks.
She is survived by: her sons, Chip Chandler (Lisa) of Melbourne, FL and Cary Chandler (Suzanne) of Auburn, AL.; her grandchildren, Chipper Chandler, Mary Lawrence Gibson (Mac), Tyler Chandler (Victoria), Chapple Watkins (Bo), Ashley Mary-Alice Chandler (Ian), Scott Chandler and Dr. Betsy Chandler; her great grandchildren, Maddie Chandler, Molly Kate Martin, Emmie Chandler, Shane Chandler, Miller Gibson, Henry Gibson, John Chapple Watkins, Wesley Chandler, Betsy Watkins and Lucy Chandler; her sisters-in-law, Lyn Jones Miller and Emily Chandler Adams; and her friends, Patsy Hollingsworth, Sherry Jennings, Leatha Render and Dee Cannon.
