He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Parmer and Lorene Bradley Parmer; and his siblings, Larry Parmer and Elizabeth Kiblinger. He is survived by: his wife Judy Eiland Parmer of Carrollton; his children, Holly Parmer Jeffers of Buchanan and Carl; his daughter-in-law Annette Parmer of Carrollton; his siblings, Patricia Hardy, Dana (Bobby Smith), Johnnie Sue Truitt and James; his sister-in-law Debbie Parmer; and his grandchildren, Connor, Alysha Jeffers, Laura, Brandon Flotz, Michael Parmer, Matthew Parmer and Cassie Parmer.
