We are sad to announce that on February 10, 2025, at the age of 83, Larry Gerald Brown (Carrollton, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Geneva Scantlin and Herbert Brown; his wife Marraine Barnes Brown; his significant other Marie Coogler; and his brothers, Roger Lipham and Wally Lipham.
He is survived by: his sons, Donnie (Sara Brown) and Rodney (Gina Brown); his grandchildren, Noah, Sarah Brown and Rachel Brown; his great grandchild Eason Grace Brown; his siblings, Brenda Wilson and Randy; his sister-in-law Jo Lipham; and his partner's daughters, Penny McGahen, Connie Penner and Kim Cochran. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Martin & Hightower Funeral Home (1312 S Park St, Carrollton, GA 30117). A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the West Georgia Memorial Park (4194 Carrollton Villa Rica Hwy, Carrollton, GA 30117).
