He is survived by: his wife Jo V. McAmis; his daughter Mikie McAmis Gause (Greg) of Newnan, Georgia; his grandson Elias Gause (Amanda); his great grandchild Raylan Gause; his sisters, Nancy Slagle, Evelyn Bales and Avis Reid; and his caregivers, Kelly Strickland, Jean Collins, Heaven Sent Helpers, Christine Coates, Rhiannon Kiser, Skyla, Cassie, Sheri, Brandi, Hillary and Chris. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
